OUR PEOPLE

------

If you have seen our history page you will noticed that we have been hugely fortunate to have some of the best people work for us over the last 120 years.

First and foremost, WHG is about people and this is a theme that has run strongly through right up to today. We are justifiably proud of our team, which is headed up by Steve Smith, Steven Forbes and Sam Dutton. We aim to give them the autonomy and responsibility their dedication and considerable skill deserves. They are the true farmers here. Our office manager Lyn Jones is a huge support to us all. Lyn has been with us many years and her ability and work ethic are second to none. The farm team work extremely hard and their skill levels and dedication have justifiably given them an excellent name within our industry.

Alongside our employed team we use many other people without who we would not be able to operate as successfully as we do. I won’t mention them here although I hope to profile one or two, with their permission in these pages in the future!
